Amanda Kostjuk - Fundraiser Coordinator
Halton Hills Youth Chance for Change Fire Truck Pull Fundraiser
Our Chance for Change logo originates from a youth engagement project that took place in 2008. The was to strengthen youth and community engagement in Acton by showcasing youth talent and highlighting
strengths and opportunities for change in our community. We want to continue this good work
and include Georgetown, as we are neighbours
with the same cause – our youth.
How Can We Support Local Youth?
In order to support healthy growth and positive skill development, youth need spaces dedicated to them and their needs within the community. Open Door and Off The Wall Youth Centres in Halton Hills provide these services at no charge to participants and this fundraiser will allow us to continue operation.
Our FUNdraiser!
We will be holding a FIRE TRUCK PULL to raise money for our youth centres while enganging members of the community in a fun and worthwhile event.
